Just got done with my session with Brad Payne and couldn't be happier! This is my second tattoo from him. The new arm piece is one of his true masterpieces. His line work and finer details leave you truly awe struck. Will definitely be back to finish off the sleeve and even got the wife an appointment for her first tattoo as well.
