Ashley an the maintenance guys here are awesome! I unfortunately waited to the last second to tell them my AC unit had quit on me and within the hour Ashley had someone out and fixing it! Keep up the work guys!!

Beautiful complex! You can feel safe living in. Neat, responspable, management who wants the best for their tenants. They can be proud of new changes to their property.
Coffeyville Garden just isn't the same anymore. They say they'll work with you on rent and then don't. Say income based apartments, but its really a set base rate on all the apartments. What happened to helping people out in need, now most of the complex has no choice but to move out, especially those with fur babies who are their kids..
Available at low budget and nice, organized houses.. contact him for better house to stay.. :)
