Coffey Creek is to big for its staff, has no real security for this location,no customer service,no follow-up on repairs or complaints, not enough grounds people for the size of the complex

Coffey Creek Apartments. Unfortunately, it is one of the complexes with the greatest problems in its facilities. They sell you something they dont have or give. They are very expensive and very poor quality. Without the customer service that is the worst, they are RACISTAS especially with Latinos. Since we moved the stove does not work. Having problems with the ignition as customers we have demanded our right not a whim. and we have been denied such right. Recommendedso far so good. Maintenance does there job in a timely fashion.
Maintenance and Apt. manager are a joke. When maintenance does show up to not fix the problem repeatedly, they leave their mess for you to clean up and manager will avoid you at all cost.

We lived in Coffey creek apartment for 4 years. Our whole family didn't like here. so many cockroaches. it is out of control. disgusting! we are so happy we got a new job and we don't have to stuck here. It is not safe either.
Very convenient for my needs. I hate that I had to start paying online and could not pay with check. Only had an issue with the punk ass security guard. For the most part, I loved my apartment. Would have rated a 5 if it were not for the inconvenience of having to only pay online.
