Maintenance and Apt. manager are a joke. When maintenance does show up to not fix the problem repeatedly, they leave their mess for you to clean up and manager will avoid you at all cost.

We lived in Coffey creek apartment for 4 years. Our whole family didn't like here. so many cockroaches. it is out of control. disgusting! we are so happy we got a new job and we don't have to stuck here. It is not safe either.
Very convenient for my needs. I hate that I had to start paying online and could not pay with check. Only had an issue with the punk ass security guard. For the most part, I loved my apartment. Would have rated a 5 if it were not for the inconvenience of having to only pay online.
Very outdated and cockroaches are a problem. Make sure to get sprayed BEFORE you move in, so you don't have to do it after and move everything out of your cabinets. Also, it's mandatory to pay online, and you GET charged to paid online. Literally the worst experience I've had at this place.
Functional but very old and dated. No upgrades, half done repairs and if you're on the third floor you may have unwanted tenants above you..
