Staff is racist towards black people. Made fun of me in front of my face and they both laughed. The lady who usually works in the morning. Edited after the reply: stop lying I’m not the only one who experienced this. Please tighten up on your staff because my friends experienced the same thing and we don’t go there anymore.
A year back this place was extremely good with great customer service but now that’s it’s under new management it ran all the way down, the coffee got nasty, their matcha is terrible and the last time I was there there was a fly in my drink and the owner who made it didn’t come and apologize but the barista who came after I had got my drink said he was sorry but he wasn’t the one who made it. Collins is an amazing barista!!! My coffee was like a thousand hugs on the inside!!! So delicious!!
I love this place so much! I think that the coffee here is absolutely perfect, the “Strawberry Shortcake” is my favourite. It doesn’t taste too milky for a latte but also has a sweet and fruity twist. In terms of food, their croissants are some of the best I’ve ever tasted, especially when used as the bread option for the breakfast sandwich. The baristas are always so sweet and always greet people with a smile and a good morning. I’m usually not used to paying over $2 for coffee but this place is a great exception.
