I go to Scooters 5x out of the week in my hometown. When I visit Marion (once a month to see my grandmother), I always get Scooters. A few weeks ago, I ordered a coffee, with 2 extra shots, and could not taste any espresso. My drink is $10.43 each visit because of the extra shots. So when I didn’t taste the espresso, I went back and asked if they could politely remake it. I was really worried because I used my husband's rewards and I thought they charged my card and the order wasnt placed. So of course I went there freaked out, and they explained everything to me and we got our drink and reward redeemed. I freaked out for no reason and they handled it very well. The girls there are very sweet and they always make the drinks sweet too! Thank you again and I'm sorry!
I love the chain and they have great food and coffee, but this specific location really needs to do something about drive-thru congestion. Because the lot is so tiny, the drive-thru line was backing up onto Twixt Town Rd and it made the traffic absolute chaos. They need to either expand the lot or open in-store pickup, which I realize is waaaaay more complicated to implement than it is to suggest. This is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars to this particular location.
