The customer service from the older woman with short hair working here is the worst. She is rude and seems to have absolutely no interest in making customers feel welcome. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time experience because we have witnessed her treat other customers the same way, and it is uncomfortable to watch. We visit Provincetown two or three times every summer. This morning, August 21st, I went to buy breakfast for myself and five friends. I was served by an older woman whose attitude was unpleasant, domineering, aggressive, and bad-tempered. I decided to leave without buying a thing. I don't think people like that should be working in customer service. We in the LGBTQ+ community visit Provincetown because it is a safe and welcoming place. To be fair the smoothie I had tasted great. It was more the consistency of milk than a smoothie but it tasted really good with a great balance of peanut butter and banana. HOWEVER, the lobster roll was bad. Worst I ever had. The one I had recently in Southern California was ten times better. The meat was bitter like it had gone off.
