Place looks great, but the food and coffee are mediocre and way overpriced, the staff is slow and act bored with their jobs, and the seating is very uncomfortable. I noticed most of the positive reviews are from 1 to 6 years ago.
They lag! Took forever to get my chai. People after me got theirs first. The chai didn’t have much flavor. We wanted food but the wait was 30 minutes. The muffin wasn’t cooked all the way! I have been wanting to try it. Maybe I will try a second time. But for now I wasn’t impressed!
It's hard to find a coffee shop this pretentious in Eugene. And iv tried this spot multiple times, once I waited half an hour for a cold bagel, the next I made the mistake of coming in about 3:45 and was treated like I was in the way of them closing ( he mopped around my table while I sat there). Take a hour just to get a plain bagel and cream cheese that is way over priced. Slowest place I have ever seen
