My Nuova Simonelli Oscar was in a bad way. Vinni brought it back to life with a new pump and some little tweaks and a clean and now it is making great coffee once more. He’s a nice guy too!
Couldn't recommend Vinni and his service highly enough. He was so knowledgeable in diagnosing the issues with our coffee machine and also talking us through the proper after care, and how often they need to be serviced. Vinni was prompt, with clear communication from the beginning leaving us with a near new coffee machine! See you in 18 months for the next service!!
