Vinni's customer service and quick turn-around was amazing! My Giotto Rocket had spiking boiler pressure and desperately needed a service.....3 days later it's back home and as good as it was when it was new. Friendly, fast and really reasonable pricing. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

My Nuova Simonelli Oscar was in a bad way. Vinni brought it back to life with a new pump and some little tweaks and a clean and now it is making great coffee once more. He’s a nice guy too!
