He is an expert repairer with a great knowledge of all things coffee-machine related as well as being a really nice guy. Vinni responds very promptly to all communications and repaired and serviced our machine very quickly. Highly recommend!

We had descaled and cleaned our Breville Barrista express multuliple times, watched youtube and took apart and tried to fix ourselves. No joy. Ended up walking into coffee machine repairs without appointment one afternoon and Vinni had quoted the following day and repaired the day after. Reasonable cost, well communicated and quick turn around. Would recommend.

He is happy to talk you through what your machine needs, allowing you to assess the service requirements and then proceed. The service was flawless, rapid and precise. Our machine, Rocket R Nine 1 was functioning again like brand new!! Nothing bad to say here.
