Call and was insulted by the receptionist. Finally spoke with Andy, about services. Then was ghosted. Call, sent emails . I was even referred to Coffee Lovers by one of there client. There client called and sent a email on my behalf, ant the client was ghosted. I ended up going with another Coffee service company. The worst customer service I have ever experienced in business.
Andy is a great asset to the company. My experience working with him and his team has been amazing. If I needed something they didn't have, he would see if he could get it and most of time, he would be successful in getting it.
They are dedicated to providing the highest level of service.
Coffee Lovers go above and beyond to help our company. They are professional and a pleasure to work with. Cannot recommend them enough to our customers and friends. Keep up the good work!
