I ordered a matcha, and it was actually quite good! The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I intended to do my remote work here, and when I asked if they had wifi, they said no. Just know that if you want to do computer work and don't have a hotspot or portable wifi, you won't be able to. Such a bummer because the space seems awesome! I have read some of their comments on why they don't provide wifi anymore because of complications in the past, so it's understandable. I love coffee garden but the guy with the mustache who messes up my order EVERY TIME AND THEN TAKES THE MISTAKE AND DRINKS IT HIMSELF NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY.
I've been to Coffee Garden several times now, and it never disappoints. The coffee is consistently excellent, the baristas are friendly and welcoming, and the atmosphere is one of the best in Salt Lake City. Whether I'm stopping in to get some work done or just relax with a great cup of coffee, it's always a comfortable place to spend some time. Loved this place. The vibe is warm, creative, and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly, the coffee was full of flavor, and the artwork throughout the shop gave the whole space a personality that made me want to stay awhile. I’ll definitely be back again and again. If half-stars existed, I’d probably give it a 4.5. The only downside for me was the noise level.
