The service here has consistently been disappointing. They’re quick to flip the screen around with a 20% minimum suggested tip, but even when you tip well, the service feels dismissive. Drinks are set and called out like you’re picking up an order at Costco. They also used to offer Wi-Fi, but at some point stopped providing it altogether, which is frustrating for a coffee shop. Overall, the staff has come off rude and unfriendly, and the vibe just feels unwelcoming.
The coffee garden is always a pleasure to visit.Everything is fresh and the staff is friendly.
Ordered the wrong drink by accident but they were willing to help me switch to the right one! Superb service! Good drinks. Def recommend and love to come back.
