I went in for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. The service was great the atmosphere is great and I enjoyed my coffee and breakfast sandwich

I enjoy this coffee shop because of the location and the pastries are good. However, the staff is not welcoming and a little sour. They won't crack a smile. I feel like I need to make an effort to make their day better.

I visited this coffee shop and asked for a chai latte with no sugar. When I received my drink, it was sweetened — the staff mentioned that chai lattes come with sugar only after I pointed it out. Instead of correcting the mistake, they made me pay again for a new drink. I was really disappointed with the service and lack of communication. It would have been helpful if they had informed me beforehand that the chai latte automatically includes sugar. They were just arguing instead of apologizing

I like going to Coffee culture but this particular location have worst customer service I specifically requested for a no sugar in my latte and chai latte and what I got a sweet chai latte and when I reported this thing the staff answered that the syrup we use is sweetened we have not added any xtra sugar in it. I mean how can you expect me to know that you dont brew chai instead you use a Syrup. And instead of apologizing the staff was arguing.

Coffee was ok. The only cream available was the type in little plastic thumb size containers. Strikes me as eco unfriendly. The cream curdled in my coffee. There was no sugar out for use. I didn't bother asking. Maybe it's such a nice atmosphere that they don't consider getting the coffee right important?
