As myself tourist coming visit this cafe, first thing noticed all food and coffee look good. When I sat and watch the worker, caught one of them mocking when old guy limping walk in here cafe. Got me feel this should be do better training for all worker to respect people no matter what.
For some reason, this specific Coffee Culture shop on Brant in Burlington does not live up to the standard of Coffee Culture shops I have experienced over the years in Mississauga. Every time I go to the Brant shop, I get the sense that I am disturbing the staff. While polite, they remain quite distant and not engaging, seldom smiling.
