I had a disappointing experience at this place. My friend and I visited, and while the coffee was decent, her matcha tea unexpectedly contained espresso. When she asked the barista if it had been added, he confirmed it, only for another employee to correct him, stating he had made the drink incorrectly. Really bad service!
I was looking for a place to read a book, drink a coffee, and have some eats. Upon arrival, I needed to use the washroom so I asked for the key. The lady running the shop insisted that I order my coffee first because only customers were allowed to use the washroom. I told her that I really needed to use the washroom and said that I would order after I came out of the washroom. She then began to mock me and very very slowly reached for the key.
