Clean friendly atmosphere

nice coffee and the barista was really sweet, had a mix up with a drink and she took it back and fixed it without making me feel bad lol. good service. i got a lavender Latte and my friend got a hazelnut Latte. both yummy, butter tart was also good!! got soup after the coffee which was good
Wish I could give this lovely atmosphere a better rating but unfortunately the service has swiftly changed my mind. I stood there in front of the counter for around 10 minutes waiting for someone to take my order but the worker was just looking around pretending not to see me. This frustrated me and someone taking their break in the back had to come up when they saw I was waiting for so long. Pathetic service and shame on this barista.
