Visited today...all was good until my Wife wanted to use the restroom...Both Mens and Women's were blocked at 7pm....closing time was 9pm. Told by male staff not avail as per being cleaned....He was quite rude....I moved the barricade...went to check it out...Asked the woman cleaning if we could use it...She was very accommodating and no issue....I went back to the male attendant and told him he was out of line and that best to clean after hours or change signs to unisex....then clean 1 at a time as a second alternative... Happy Easter Monday I love this establishment. It’s the most perfect & quaint coffee shop!! I was served by Ella and Ran today, they were great, thank you for such kindness and on a gloomy day - ordered the strawberry hibiscus refresher and a custard tart. I love hibiscus so the refresher could have had more hibiscus flavour to it, and the tart was so good, took a bite out of it before warming it up at home. I’ll be back, just moved in up the road.
