Lived there for fourteen years and also a couple of family members live there. Quiet, background checks are done, lawns maintained, trash service & water provided. Trailers are older but the rent is cheap, and it is a safe place to live. Owner lives on the premises.Would not hesitate to move back there.
I must say that if you want a great place to live, where it is peaceful and affordable, then this is the place for you. I was very impressed with the owners of the property. They are very kind and respectful. I honestly cannot express enough on what a great financial deal you get here.
