After my experience with this office and doctor my rating is - 0. The staff deliberately does not inform you of all charges before an out patient procedure is performed. You get your bill listing extra charges, think it’s a mistake, contact the office and you are told there is no mistake. The extra charge is for use of the facility(a different facility wasn’t used).
