My favorite coffee joint by far. If you're sick of the mainstream, convoluted coffee on every corner, you'll probably love Coffee Conspiracy. Great coffee, delicious house made syrups, options made simple so you can order with ease. Also a very autism friendly space. Great lighting and not super noisy. Chill vibes only. Highly recommend. P.S. Very comfy couches.
Really enjoying the Mexican coffee, Case File 51, from Coffee Conspiracy in Santa Cruz. Note of dark chocolate and pecan, with a little orange citrus that brightens it up. Great flavor without being over the top. It’s the kind of coffee you want to drink every morning and never get tired of. Definitely one I’ll keep coming back to. If you love good coffee, check Eddie and the staff at Coffee Conspiracy. They also sell merch and have vinyl for sale!
This place is one of a kind! The coffee was awesome! I had to pick up 2 sweaters that’s how much I loved the vibe and logo. They have vinyl records you can purchase. Overall can’t recommend this place enough! It’s my new go to stop for coffee in Santa Cruz!
The best atmosphere and good coffee
