Order cappuccino. Waited 20 minutes for coffee order. People behind us got served first, then I received a "cafe latte." Asked them face to face if this was a cappacino even though cafe latte was written on the side of the cup. To which the barista replied yes, we just write it that way sometimes. Get home, try coffee. Is in fact a cafe latte. Tastes like 95% milk. They had a chance to fix my drink order when I asked about it, but let me walk out the door with the wrong order. I’ve never left without an amazing coffee and truly have no idea what the theme is in the reviews about a long wait time? I’ve never had it take any longer than a chain coffee shop, which is wild because they make the food to order, not from frozen. They have a huge list of syrups (with a spectacular selection of sugar free options!!!), delicious baked goods and breakfast sandwiches, and friendly staff. scone was yummy, coffee was great! a nice quiet and comfy environment. they have SO many flavors so if you aren't feeling any of their many seasonal flavors you can customize. their retail section also has lots of coffees and teas.
Ordered a 16 oz latte for $8. I don’t mind paying for quality, but this was not it. Watered down, no taste. Tourist trap
