I went to ask the lady if they had a handheld menu because the coffee looked good and I wanted to come back another time. With the most attitude I’ve ever gotten from someone working in customer service she huffed at me and pointed to the menu on the wall. I asked her “oh so no?” And she rolled her eyes at me and went back on her phone. I never write reviews and to be honest this place looks really good but I will not be giving them my business. I work in customer service and that was just not acceptable.

First of all I work in the mall for about 4 years now, I come here a lot to get drinks and snacks because it’s convenient( they’re nothing special) this time I bought something else from a different store and needed a napkin because it was spilling. The women working behind the counter on 4/15/21 at around 5:30 PM was NOT wearing a mask at all! she was WORKING MASKLESS and to believe there were still people going in to buy drinks sitting down. With their mask on was crazy to me! We’re still in pandemic but apparently not here at this coffee shop where their employees don’t even bother.
