Coffaros always does a wonderful job. The service is friendly and Joe goes above and beyond to be certain that the customer is always satisfied. His smoked bacon and hams are always done just right. The maple sausage is to die for!The facility is always clean and I feel comfortable leaving my animals that I so carefully raised with him to cut and package.
