After going to 4 car dealerships over 3 days trying to find a vehicle I finally found Post Falls Nissan who was able to provide an exceptional experience. There was no waiting around for reasons we didn’t know why, no shady feelings, no nonsense. We enjoyed the experience even though it can tend to be “annoying” for this sort of thing. These are good people, we will definitely be taking our car for service here for routine maintenance in the future. Thank you Chris, Larry and Tyler for an exceptional experience!
Avoid the Service department. I brought in a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation for $69.99 when my wife picked the car up the bill was &95.48. When I called them on it they admitted the overcharge but refused to refund my money telling me they would only give me a credit on my next bill if I come in for another service. What a petty ripoff I’m just glad it wasn’t a bigger “service”
