The management team is super friendly. The apartments are well kept. The maintenance crew does a really great job making sure they get to your complaints to fix things that are wrong on the property and in your unit. Overall I've had a really good experience with the management of this apartment complex and the maintenance crew. As long as you're open and honest with them they will work with you and they go above the line of excellence so as long as you do your part and openly communicate with them.
Just rented a studio apartment here and the office staff are my heroes! They worked tirelessly to get the voluminous paperwork I needed, sorted, edited, corrected and approved. Thanks girls! The apartment is spotless and convenient, with lots of closets and storage space. There is an on site laundry facility, very clean and easy to use and grounds are lovely with big trees and lots of grass, all well taken care of. Highly recommended.
