Very positive buying experience working with salesmen Isak Burnham on getting into a used vehicle. Any answers he didn’t have on hand were promptly found. Not your typical high pressure buying environment at this dealership, good to do business with.
They will do everything the can to undervalue trades. Brought a trade and they came back with a pretty bad number. That's honestly normal but they booked it with the wrong trim level at fair condition. Asked them to fix it and they refused. At the same time they brought out the book sheet for the used car we were looking at. They had this booked with features it didn't have as well as excellent condition.
