Doorknobs falling off. Towels are disgusting and stained. Heater didn't work and of course they're too cheap to fix it properly. Threaten to charge guests for ridiculous things like moving a tv a foot to the right (200$) or having a box in their room. Once went 2 weeks w/o changing the sheets. Need i go on? I know it's a Budget Saver but this place is CRAP. They should be embarrassed for how rude they are and how disgusting and run down their building is.

Never stay here. They fraudulently charged our credit card for damages that were apparent when we checked in.
One of cleanest places in cda staff great first started staying here summer of 2011 jerrid radford was gm now owns bennet bay inn he treats everyone like royalty

I would stay here again! Very clean and comfortable.The staff is friendly. The cost is very reasonable :)
don't go here at this place is terrible they keep your deposit and come up with a fake reason on why you cannot have it back I should have took pictures of the room before I left they threatened to call CPS and the cops on me if I did not leave the property
