They solicit you for property that's not for sell, who knows how they got the information for, and then offer you pennies on the dollar. They can clearly see all info on taxes record that you purchased it for more than twice times. The amount less than 3 years ago. They should lay off the rock 🤣
VERY low-ball offer with crazy terms. We dox NOT contact them, they contacted us. Our property was not listed for sale. Sounds like a scam
These people sent me a ridiculously low offer on my property 100,000 well below any kind of fair market value. This seems very predatory and like they're trying to take advantage of desperate people. Remove me from your mailing list!
