Terrible drivers. Pull out in front of trucks and trailers. Don’t use turn signals. I’d say there work is just as unprofessional as there driving
I am about $25,000.00 in the hole due to Coes doing my roof and improperly installing the flashing, where they bothered to install it at all. There are over $600,000.00 in judgements against them right now per Anderson County. My insurance would not pay because it was poor”poor workmanship”. My 2nd story almost collapsed on the first because the support beams were rotted out. No visible sign of water damage in house! By the time the damage was visible was when my second story dropped 3”. They do not stand behind their shoddy work, my roof didn’t leak until they put a new on. There was several places where you cold only see paper & no wood, when I brought it to their attention they patched those places from the inside of the roof by putting a piece of wood over those places Equals... leaks! I now have plaster ceiling damage in several rooms a leak over my AC blower unit that’s in the attic caused damage and needs replacing. I’ve had no AC! No one follows up on complaints, no call backs. Their five-year labor and warranty are exactly what you get. My architectural roof is just over 6 years old and leaking. As a pastor, police officer and a personal friend of Brantley's I will not speak more negatively of the company other than that exact fact.
They did a great job and even though there were issues along the way - came back several years later - even after the owner died and the company changed its name - and took care of the problems. Further, they sent a great painter (Steve from Carolina Colors) out to repair damage and re-paint. There are lots of companies coming and going in this business - Coe's is solid!

A bunch of crooks that take advantage of the elderly and refuses to honor contracts. Run as far away as you can from this outfit!
A lady in a jacked up red truck came by today and literally threw her advertisement out her window onto my driveway today. Not only is it lazy, which reflects the quality of the work Coes will do, it is littering, which shows me Coes will probably leave garbage around the home site when finished. I also think mailing the fliers would have been cheaper and more economical than driving that beast of a gas guzzler all around the county to throw trash in people's yards. Poor choices Coe's.
