Had a tour yesterday with Mikiah. They were great and very knowledgeable. Was able to show me a unit and some of the spaces in this beautiful building. They answered all my questions and then some.
It's very clean janitors did a good job!
My year at Coen North was underwhelming. Overpriced apartments in a decent part of the city; however, I found many of the staff members cold and callous. Walking around the building felt stale and uncomfortable. Rarely a smile or a conversation, nor would any of the individuals know my name after numerous in-person interactions. During my year at Coen North, I enjoyed a generally positive experience. While the frequent fire alarm tests were a minor inconvenience and the apartments lacked natural sunlight, the location is ideal for those commuting to Portland. Special recognition goes to Deysi for her unwavering reliability.
