Great gym, better than commercial gyms. Close to waterfront walking trails. But very very noisy with souped up cars.
🚨 RENTERS — PLEASE BE AWARE OF UNLAWFUL ENTRY: Maintenance entered my apartment and bedroom while I was at work despite my work order explicitly stating “Permission to Enter: No.” This happened on (9/21/26). My experience has been easy. Mikiah provided clear information for the building and all requirements. Each email was organized, which has made the move-in experience a breeze. Its refreshing to find people who communicate and do their job well. Edit: I have been living here almost 7 months and it has been lovely. The team who keeps the building running are fantastic. Julian showed us our apartment at Coen north. She is knowledgeable and so friendly! She continues to be helpful and friendly. We love the second floor courtyard. Would definitely recommend Coen north and ask for Julian for a tour!!!
We’ve lived here for about a year and a half and have had a great experience. The location is fantastic if you enjoy city living and being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and other local spots. The community area is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We even moved from one apartment to another within the building, and Jules made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Despite being in the heart of the city, it’s surprisingly quiet inside. Overall, we’d definitely recommend it.
