I recently moved into Coen North and have had nothing short of a positive experience. Since my tour day Julian has been extremely helpful with the move-in process. She has provided exceptional communication and support all while being a very kind and friendly person. She has really set a positive tone and welcoming environment here which greatly influenced my decision to move here. Very grateful to have a strong leasing team.
My experience has been easy. Mikiah provided clear information for the building and all requirements. Each email was organized, which has made the move-in experience a breeze. Its refreshing to find people who communicate and do their job well.
Have lived here for a few months and got nothing but good things to say so far. Deysi, one of the leasing agents, was very kind and helpful. I was sad to see her leave! Also, the maintenance team does a great job in a timely manner. Super friendly too. Love this place!!
Had a tour yesterday with Mikiah. They were great and very knowledgeable. Was able to show me a unit and some of the spaces in this beautiful building. They answered all my questions and then some.
