My experience has been easy. Mikiah provided clear information for the building and all requirements. Each email was organized, which has made the move-in experience a breeze. Julian showed us our apartment at Coen north. She is knowledgeable and so friendly! She continues to be helpful and friendly. We love the second floor courtyard. Would definitely recommend Coen north and ask for Julian for a tour!!!
We’ve lived here for about a year and a half and have had a great experience. The location is fantastic if you enjoy city living and being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and other local spots. The community area is always clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. We even moved from one apartment to another within the building, and Jules made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Despite being in the heart of the city, it’s surprisingly quiet inside. Overall, we’d definitely recommend it.
I’ve lived here for 3 years and it’s always clean, quiet and a great living environment. Julian is the best! Whenever i have an issue she gets it taken care of asap, and always so friendly. Maintenance is always on top of things as well.
Applied for an apartment and went through their process. Their checking company kicked my app back for something not on my credit so I couldn’t have known about it in advance. I appealed it and it was approved but they wouldn’t hold the apartment long enough. They keep assuring me they can transfer my app and that they’ll let me know about new apartments that come up but aren’t able to get me information about the apartments before any of them are leased.
