Like most people, the economy has hit us very hard and we only had a certain amount to spend. I called twice before we came and both times spoke to Alicia who was beyond helpful and very kind. My first purchase took place 7-8 years ago and I was very happy to return to them and refer others to them as well, as their service is honest, friendly and they provide the products we need in our home that continue to run well for years and years at a price we can afford.
