With the knowledge and experience from the reviews, it seems like he would’ve been able to give us valuable information he charged us $75 to tell us that he thought we needed 40ft snake and then he poured acid to unclog the pipes. we had two other plumbers come over (who gave us free estimates) and said that acid wasn’t necessary and that acid is actually for light duty work. And that 40ft wasn’t necessary because most of the hair was clogged in the P traps.
