Tried to schedule an emergency visit for severe tooth pain and was told that I was “black listed” for missed appointments that I did not make! ???? What’s the point of having a family practitioner if I can’t get in for an emergency?? If you just need a cleaning roll with it but don’t expect any personal service for something unexpected and if you’re having an emergency. There are other dentists who will work with you.

I HAVE BEEN SEEING DR RAYMOND FOR YEARS. I COULD NOT ASK FOR BETTER DENTAL CARE. DR YAYMOND IS EFFICIENT, CARING, AND VERY COMPETENT. IF YOU NEED A FREAT DENTIST JUST GIVE HIS OFFICE A CALL.

Awful. I had to have a root canal and crown, I booked my emergency appointment. Filled out the paperwork. Had lots of appointments but was not told until the last one that my insurance was not accepted and they would not do my crown until my $1,7500 balance was paid. As a college student, I don’t have that laying around. Very disappointed in my experience. Do not recommend at all.
