She completely understood my history, and offered up some great suggestions and two ofthem have been acted on. She found the reason why I had been having swallowing problems with an upper endoscopy, when no one else could. Her staff was friendly, caring and made me feel at ease, at the Endoscopy Facility in Lawrenceville, Georgia, I would give a '10'.

From the moment I entered the facility I was greeted warmly and treated with care and compassion by the staff. I told Dr Coe during our meeting it felt like we had been friends for years because of her warm and caring manner as she asked me about my condition and expressed her plan to help me. It is nice to have health care providers who provide this level of care and compassion. You feel like they care for you like their own family. This was my experience with Dr. Coe and every member of her team.
I have unique restrictions and needs due to a progressive neurological condition. Dr. Coe was extremely respectful and very caring . She quickly grasped all aspects of my situation and addressed all my needs with minimal disruption for me. My first visit was by Telehealth (her suggestion) and was very successful in determining my GI needs and how to proceed. I consider myself very fortunate to have found Dr. Coe.
The doctor was very pleasant. I didn't feel rushed thru the appointment. She answered the questions I had clearly, in a way I could understand
She is great !! very kind and sweet doctor and listens to your needs. I have already had 2 colonoscopies and 1 endoscopy with her. the worst part is just taking the liquid for the exam at the practice everyone is very nice too. Thank you
Had a colonoscopy today with Dr. Susan Coe. I was very anxious about the procedure since it had been so long since my previous one. Dr. Coe and all of her team were beyond excellent. Everyone was professional, friendly, and caring during the whole process. After this experience, I will not use anyone else.
Routine follow-up with Dr. Coe. She spent time with me, asking the right questions. She made sure that I was comfortable and provided the opportunity for me to ask her questions. Her demeanor is warm and welcoming.
