i had my son come here who is 6 he is NOT kid friendly first off. Then it took 3 pairs of glasses and many appointments to get him 1 pair that fit. then my fiance came here too. also took two appointments and returned his glasses twice then had another appointment to recheck his eyes mind you this was within one month of each other. just seems like its always something. for people whom work the last thing they want is to go back to an appointment for the exact same thing. Dr Coe was great at making me feel comfortable and was extremely friendly and approachable! Everyone I spoke to was very helpful and friendly, I'll definitely be returning in the future.
I took my son to get his eyes checked today with Dr. Coe and could not have been more pleased with the entire visit. The receptionist was warm and friendly and we were seen right on our scheduled appointment time! Dr. Coe was so kind, and immediately put my nervous boy at ease. He explained each item to my son (and I) and answered questions that we had. Jody helped order him some cool frames and my six year old is excited to get them in a couple weeks. Thank you for treating your patients (even newbies) with such care!
We received excellent service, convenient appointments, good selection of frames, and they accept our insurances.
Great staff & Dr. Coe is amazing! I scheduled through ZocDoc and there was a complication, showed up for my annual eye exam and wasn't on the schedule. They made room for me, at the time I thought my appointment was. They were very understanding & accommodating! �🕶
used my state insurance got a exam and a pair of glasses, exam to me was rushed, picked up mt pair i ordered worked good, but about 4 months later the tint that changes with light started peeling from the edges of the lens, call them, found out they where made by a correctional facility, not a reg lab which you would figure, and the ONLY had a 90 warranty on the lens, so i got screwed, i payed over $200 plus out of pocket plus what my insurance payed , and a big go around with them about them, but they just got pissy and i g... read more

You will not get any better care than what I and my family have received at Coe Family Vision Clinic! Very caring, very thorough, and they go above and beyond to make sure your experience is a good experience and that you get exactly what you need/want as far as glasses or contact lenses. Love them!
