Very disappointed. Service call is $125.00. Robert came out to fix a start button on our washer. He took it all apart and found the broken piece. I watched a youtube video on the exact washer and where the start button broke. There is a $50.00 piece that fits behind the start button that snaps in. He quoted $800 for a complete new board for the entire control panel. He said they could not replace the broke part only. I asked him to leave it all apart and I would do it myself.
