Cody was wonderful in helping us select and purchase a home during our early-pandemic move to Guelph. He was thoughtful, kind, diligent and never pushy whatsoever - attentive and a great communicator. After some bad experiences with realtors in the past we were always on guard, but Cody was absolutely wonderful and I HIGHLY recommend him for anyone buying and selling.
