Cody was absolutely fantastic! He stuck with us through MANY home offers in a very difficult market. He was easy to get ahold of, and prompt in responding. He knew the market and was honest about what he saw in a home and whether he thought it was a worthwhile investment. He was not pushy and was patient as we navigated the market in a new area. He was kind and personable. I would 100% recommend his services and would use him as an agent again should the need arise.
