So glad to have Dr. Mihills back, drove 40 miles to see him because it is legitimately less of a time sink to drive back and forth with a tiny office wait to see him twice a year than it is to go to my old doctor 10 minutes away and be told to come back 4 times a year w/ hour long waits. I appreciate that he doesn't double and triple book like other practices. That being said, he is legitimately a great doctor as well that I highly recommend. My experience with Intera Care Bedford office has been continuously frustrating, particularly when it comes to scheduling, billing, communication, and lab work. I have had appointments scheduled only to discover that the doctor was not even in the office. There have also been multiple billing problems involving lab work performed through their office. This office is non-responsive and does not communicate well among staff. I have been calling for months at this point to get a birth control refill, left messages and they have done nothing. You are stonewalled when calling the IntraCare “support” line and there is absolutely nothing they can do when you reach the after hours line. What is the point of having it if they’re not even allowed to leave messages about medications? That’s a large part of why people call. Will be looking for a new doctor elsewhere.
He's our family doctor. Great person with a great staff. Highly recommend.
