This doctor is incompetent . He has carelessly and negligently failed to provide me care for a very serious injury to my back, for long covid disease, and completely misinterpreted my lab tests. I reported daily very bad headaches to him in August, he never attempted to diagnose me, and I came to find out later after I fired him that I was having cluster headaches because of a heart medication (repatha)he had put me on. Dr. Jackson has always been professional, thorough, and knowledgeable. Despite multiple health issues this past year, he has done a great job of getting me referrals to all the right specialists. I would highly recommend him!

He entered false and damaging information into my medical health records, which he deleted only after I demanded he correct the record. He is sloppy, lazy, and a terrible communicator. His actions have been malpractice.
