Cody went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect for us. Even though we sold and bought our houses 2 years apart, he was there for us every step of the way both times. He went above and beyond what was required of him, even FaceTiming me when I was having a breakdown about putting down an offer and having immediate remorse to make sure I knew all my options and even taking care of everything without issue when I decided to rescind that offer. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor!

The preparation and sale was fast and easy. Cody went out of his way to help stage the house and let us know what needed to be done before it could be sold. Cody is very knowledgeable and professional and has a great personality that is easy to get along with. I would highly recommend Cody Doneldson to everyone. I know. In fact, cody is the one that sold us our house and kept in touch so we used him again when we sold our house.
