Set up an appointment to test drive and most likely purchase a new Chevy Tahoe. Salesman called that morning to confirm appointment. Hour and a half drive one way to dealership. Get there , salesman Duane met us at our vehicle to inform us that the vehicle had been sold. Sales manager Josh was very unapologetic and stated first come first served! Dare I say my entire experience was "enjoyable" I was lucky enough to work with Burt Spooner III on my purchase. From initial contact about the truck I was interested in through the deal process, a last minute financing change and pickup there was literally no issues. My only gripe is that I am 2.5 hours away and won't be able to use Cody for my service.
