I cannot offer enough praise for both Dr. Shepard and Brissa. Due to my active lifestyle, I switched hearing aids shortly after I got my first pair. So I have gone through the "adjustment period" twice. Dr. Shepard and Brissa are as attentive to my minor issues the second time around as they were the first time. It is clear they want me to be 100% satisfied. There are certain things that you "get what you pay for". Hearing aids are one of them. The excellent customer service justifies the cost of my hearing aids!
Brandi Sheppard is very professional and thorough in her evaluations. She takes her time and listened carefully to me. She answered all of my questions and explained her finding. Her report is detailed and comprehensive and I would highly recommend her.
Dr Shepard and her staff are friendly and accommodating. My ears were very plugged with wax and I have very tiny ear canals. She was able to clear my ears of all wax.
The whole staff is amazing; Brandy was extremely helpful with my ear issues and solved them! Will be back in the future with any issues. Fair prices too!
Dr. Shepherd and her team were fantastic! They quickly diagnosed my hearing loss and offered excellent solutions. I highly recommend.
