Brandi, Bri, and the whole office are super friendly. I've been wearing hearing aids for almost 20 years. I never had such a comprehensive hearing test, and a smoother fitting. And Oticon technology is state-of-the-art. I couldn't recommend them more highly. 10+/10

I cannot offer enough praise for both Dr. Shepard and Brissa. Due to my active lifestyle, I switched hearing aids shortly after I got my first pair. So I have gone through the "adjustment period" twice. Dr. Shepard and Brissa are as attentive to my minor issues the second time around as they were the first time. It is clear they want me to be 100% satisfied. There are certain things that you "get what you pay for". Hearing aids are one of them. The excellent customer service justifies the cost of my hearing aids!
