The Dr wanted to do a test so she sent the request form to their partner lab and gave me the physical order form. When I called the lab they said they never got anything. When I called the Dr's office they said they lost the request form (so they can't re-send it) and the PA who to contact is out for several days. I said I know it exists I have it in front of me and I cannot send it myself. Eventually, the office did send it to the lab but then insurance denied the test. Have gone to Dr. Ibrahim for several years and trust her judgement and suggestions. She takes the time to listen and answer and explain any questions or concerns. Staff is the best. Highly recommend.

I had an absolute horrible experience with the doctors staff. I came to them while I was in pain and in need of medical care from my Dr Ibrahim and they're office staff was not only rude but extremely disrespectful to me.

Wonderful physician and staff. This doctor is skilled and has excellent bed side manner. Dr Dalia Ibrahim goes above and beyond for her patients and truly cares. I wish there were more doctors like her.
