Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No After your appointment with this chiropractor, were you still skeptical that the treatment would be effective? Not at all! I was very confident when I left! Does this provider have helpful information available online? No Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes

Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

Every question I had was answered thoroughly Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes, they explained it in-depth

No, just a basic listings page Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions

Was this provider's office too loud? Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Absolutely! I knew I was being cared for by an expert! Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
