I switched from the Codelli practice to another one a year or so ago. I switched because their billing practices were completely sloppy and even after I felt like everything was paid, bills would trickle in and it was difficult to understand why or get a clear explanation. I am leaving this review now, not because I was dissatisfied with their practitioners, but because I found out yesterday from my new practice that after repeated requests for them to forward my records, x-rays etc., they never did. This was such an amazing experience. My daughter needed treatment and has a phobia of the dentist. Dr. Codelli was not in network with our insurance but we decided to have him do her surgery anyways. The staff made my daughter feel so comfortable and talked us through every step. Jennifer, the surgical assistant, called us after surgery to check on my daughter. They really go the extra mile and I am so happy we picked Dr. Codelli.

I was quoted nearly $7k for a single bone graft. Once I explained that I was losing my job, the price suddenly came down to about $4700. I thought this was high after checking with a few friends who had had bone grafts. I realized there was a lot of play in the price. As it turns out (after seeing two more periodontists) I didn’t actually need a bone graft at all!

Don’t bother. Arrived today after waiting months for a consultation appointment only to be presented with a notice to say they don’t accept my insurance and then as from September 1 2024, they are going off all dental insurance. No duh, idiots - it’s a piece of information I would’ve loved to have had beforehand…
