This company was sent out by Whirlpool warranty to fix my cooktop. After Miss misdiagnosing the problem and spending 3 months of replacing random parts to no avail because the technician didn't know what was wrong. Whirlpool finally sent out a competent company that was able to get my cooktop fixed. Unfortunately, spent 3 months with a brand new broken cooktop. ***DO NOT USE CODE RED APPLIANCE*** – I just recently rented an apartment, the fridge was broke so we called the apartment and they told us the company that they purchased the fridge from was *CODE RED APPLIANCE* and that it was still under warranty. The guy came out, didn't do anything, told me he had to have someone certified to handle freon or something come out. best all around service I have had. – Great service, very friendly reseptionist. Tech was curdious, clean, and timely. Arrived within my time frame, and fixed my dishwasher and washer the first time out. Will definatly use them again.

avoid at all costs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! – Went to house did nothing right. called to find out why and talked to a "manager" and she hung up on me. No wonder I have never heard of them.
