Code Plus did, indeed, provide same day service. A very courteous technician came out right away and diagnosed the problem with our heat pump. To make sure that we might not have had a much less expensive repair of leaking refrigerant, the owner, Brad, came out around 5:00 PM to verify that we definitely had a bad compressor. He told us our options and sent two proposals the next day. We opted for a new unit and he and his helper, Denny, installed it in less than 4 hours just two days later. I’ve had cooling issues for longer than I’d like to say and repairs done by other contractors for the same issue, but today I can finally say my nightmare is over. “G” & Dominic have fixed the issue properly! David came to my apartment to look at an "extremely noisy" chiller system. He was able to open it up, identify the problem, and quickly fix the issue causing the noise. David was awesome, very informative, and above all else was able to solve the issue that's been driving me crazy for the last two weeks. I'm very appreciative of the excellent job done.
Had a technician named David come by and work on my swamp cooler. Was personable, funny, and very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond and fully serviced my swamp cooler for me and fixed everything. This is the kind of worker you want sent to your home when you need something done
