Overall it was exceptional. The staff were accommodating, their instructions or process were user friendly. The instructor is excellent on his job, he instructed me clearly, he is absolutely expert on his job.
Great instructor! Super easy and comfortable to do in front of someone while being tested.

I'm going to categorize this review..took the cpr class for medical providers. Lady named Kat or something like that (staff who was proctoring the rooms) was super rude, curt and just not nice to interact with. This was my first experience with RQI. I'm a seasoned medical professional but still needed some guidance during certain modules. You ever seen the lady in blade runner? With the bangs? "Where is heeeeee!?!"
