This was such a neat way to go through the hands on training. I’ve never had a virtual set up for this course so I was a bit nervous but everything was thouroughly explained and I was given the opportunity to correct any mistakes. I look forward to my renewal :)

Before going to the place I had all the instructions and informations i need emailed to me. Getting into the center was easy. My instructor (Carlo Roberts) was there online waiting for me. Carlo was nice. He answered all of my questions.
