I needed a First Aid / CPR course for my captain's license. Everyone at Code One was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the procedure and requirements. Their training was easy to understand and schedule and very convenient.
This was the first time I experienced a CPR skills assessment in this setting. I found it to be inviting and with the one to one interaction things moved at a pace I was comfortable with. Jon was very personable and supportive throughout the training. I have no complaints.
It was a very informative and positive experience. My instructor was very knowledgeable and patient. Just going through the online training is not enough to realize how deep and how fast you have to do the chest compressions. I can't remember my instructor's name, but my appointment was for 9/11 at 10:00 in West Hartford. She was excellent and she made my experience easy, and relaxing.
