This group did an outstanding job for my CPR/First Aid/AED hands-on training. The instructor was super helpful, and full of suggestions/techniques/advice for things I'd see in an actual situation. The only downside to this entire process was finding parking, but that kind of thing happens when you share the parking lot with the DMV (but I will not mark them down for something they don't control such as that).

I benefited from the 1:1 training and instruction
Very professional staff! Even though the instructor was virtual on a TV on the wall, she provided great feedback and could somehow tell me exactly what I needed to do to perfect my compressions and bag mask ventilations. The only reason I'm putting four stars is because it's more expensive than the competitors and my mock megacode review session was cancelled less than an hour before the start time.
