I am very disappointed in this company. My property has been for sale for 2 years. No updates. No communication. They did not even show it once. They did not return calls. Jacqueline Gamboa and I'm assuming Code of the West Realty, since that who she works for treats people the same way... This is a slumlord and you will not get your deposit back, you will not get information disclosed to you that is pertinent such as flood damage, you will not get issues addressed such as locks that are broken and needing fixed as well as other things.
