CODE is awesome, the coaches believe that when the music turn up we turn up and they all get you hyped up during the one hour work out. I would definitely recommend!!

CODE is everything I was looking for in a gym. The facility is nice, the community is encouraging, and the workouts are challenging. Cost is very competitive, the app is easy to use, and the coaches do a great job of continually pushing and instructing proper movement. Your workout is ultimately how hard you decide to push yourself and no one here will hold you back from reaching your goals.

If you want personal training I highly recommend Skyler Underwood. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and can push your limits without risk of injury. I came to her with a knee injury and she has come up with safe and effective alternatives to the movements I cannot do. I have not done the group classes here but the personal training is top notch! (Also my husband goes to Devin for personal training and he has also been very pleased!)

I LOVE this workout and this community. Every skill level is welcome and never judged. The coaches are great, especially Vasey!!! Love taking his classes, he will whoop your butt but motivate you the entire way. Highly recommend CODE!
